Catalyst shards Error

I was doing T4b daily quest and noticed my t4b shards were not increasing then I noticed this.

Shards showing as zero still after getting them.

It happened with uncollected daily crystal too yesterday but I thought it just visual glitch but today this happened again.

Is anyone else also got this?

    I noticed this as well. And it's not for only t4b, it is for any kind of catalyst shards. I believe it's a visual glitch on that screen, While the actual addition to the inventory is taking place. I have not personally calculated that way but that seems to be the case.
