I got premium crystal shards, and I bought the crystal, I press it to open it, and it didnt stop. The game pull me out, and it take off my crystal and crystal shards. And it didnt gave me my champion. I'm mad and sad :l

You can send a ticket and tell them what haopened. Same thing happened to me I ended up opening 2 duped 2 stars they were able to tell me who it was
