Premium hero crystal spin outs

For some reason, when I hit the open 1 Crystal when I have a premium hero Crystal and I all ways get 3 stars. Does that happen to you guys?

    no, I usually get 2 stars, regardless of how many I have at once and whether they are spun or popped. PHC are terrible crystals for the most part. You will get some 3 and 4* with them over time (a bit more 3* since they started posting the drop rates). Never buy PHC's and be happy if you get a 3* or 4* out of them when you do.

    I just use premium shards
