I'm trying to upload a video but I get a pop-up message saying format not allowed...
how do you upload a video here??

    Videos themselves are not able to be posted here in the forums.

    You can as @Hammerbro_64 pointed out post it to youtube or similar and embed the video in your message.

    You can also one of many different tools to trim and convert the video to short animated gif file and post that here.
