Not showing my owned fragments after completing missions or opening crystals

Hey , I was just wandering if there is a known issue of getting types of fragments whether catalyst or crystals shard crystals but once you click on the amount you got it says you own none , for example I’ve completed the skill catalyst missions and wanted to see how much more fragments I needed for one to be formed but once I clicked on the fragments it said 0 . So then I opened a crystal with t4cc fragments and clicked on the fragments I got and they all said 0 as well , can I please be informed why this could be happening cause I don’t want to check my inventory every time to see if I actually got that certain type of fragment , thanks
