Does this have something to do with the upcoming dexterity changes, or a new champion mechanic? Y'all didn't mention this.

    I'm speculating it to be a new champ mechanic but I didn't even think about how it could be with the Dex/MD beta changes

    It's related to things like Rhino's charge, which has a higher chance to activate unblockable dash against smaller opponents
    It helps to clear things up because I would never have thought that Angela was classed as small
