Should I rank up a duped 4* Dr Voodoo to 5 or a duped 5* Guilly to R3?

I like Dr. Voodoo better (more utility), but I feel like the game is moving away from 4* champs being as viable as they were before 6* champs were introduced.

    It depends on your current level.
    If u have a lot of 4* maxed, go 5* Gully.
    If ur best are only 2 or 3 4* maxed, R5 ur 4* DV.
    With same level, DV is much better than Gully.
