Missing champion

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was just wondering were one of my champions has disappeared I had a 4star rank 4 deadpool xforce awaken at 40 that I know I would never sell but yet he is missing so what can we do.

    I'm having the same problem I just noticed so far I can only tell that I'm missing two champions #1--3☆Thor Ragnarok and #2--3☆ Venompool I got Thor from a crystal and got venompool last year when they were giving him away... SO WTF
