Percentage reduction clarifications pls

You know @Kabam Miike i was always wondering.
Other than the fact that we don’t really know what 300 attack rating or 1300armor rating really does in the game, as you never gave out how the damage calculations are done. I can go on about this but putting this on side...

Do you know the difference between ‘% reduction’ and ‘ %pt reduction’?
Because by far looking at the descriptions you obviously don’t.
Or maybe you don’t want to clarify it because then you can’t leave it vague and say it is ‘working as intended’. I don’t know.

But to us players is hell of a lot confusing. You better make this straight. It sure is going to reduce the amount of same discussions repeated over and over again.
I mean even without saying %pt you can just say flat xx% reduction. How hard is that?

Oh and of course same goes to % increase as well.

    They do say % flat increase, but it's only present in one place I know of
    When Stark Spidey is awakened, when his health is less than 50% his chance to evade increases by a flat 7%
    From this I'd assume that all other percentage increases are multiplicative percentage increases

    Also if you search up an announcement about Challenger rating it gives info on how to calculate things like crit chance

    Thanks for letting me know that helps a lot.

    But then again, luke cage stun chance increase 30%seems logical to think it’s flat 30% increase, but it does not say so
    Besides stark spidey came out relatively recently compared to other characters. If they decided they are goong to introduce the flat % change for th first time there, then sure, i take my words back.
    But if that’s not the case, then they are still to blame.

    Anyways, I’d really like to hear from Kabam themselves about this issue
