30 members in an alliance are good but number of officers should be restricted like for 15 members 3 are good and a full alliance at 6 officers not more than that. If alliance members leave/kicked and number falls to 20 or so officers remain same. Because I know an Alliance which had 18 officers and rest are just members. This is more used by some new leaders to attract players and creating a number of them as officers and restrict other alliances in having their experiences.
