Anyone else not getting their rewards? it's been 3 weeks since my Alliance has received these rewards. Missed out on at least 1.5k 5* shards and 4k 4* shards. Just want to see if it's happening abroad.

    Hello folks! These awards can sometimes take several days to give out and they are not always given to all players at the same time. If you believe you are missing rewards, you will need to contact our Customer Support team to investigate the issue, as they have the capability to look at your account details and find out what is going on.
