Glory store t4cc fragments

Is it possible that the t4cc fragments could be placed on a 4 hour cycle to give us a chance to purchase specific class daily? It really stinks having to wait days to get the specific shards that we need. Thanks for the consideration.

I need 5 skill fragments to finish building a third t4cc, and I don't have any t3 skill to sell at the moment. It would be nice if we had an opportunity daily to get specific class.
