Rewards (catalysts)

I don’t know if it’s just me... sometimes when I complete/explore some quests and get catalysts as a reward it never gives me the same amount as it was shown...

For example, I just completed Master mode on this new event quest and it rewarded me with two t4bc somehow.. but when I checked my items I just got one...

Is this a problem that occurs to everyone?
