New 6 star basic pool?

Normally we get insight into the new featured 5 star crystal beforehand. Will we get insight into the new 6 star featured crystal? And will the 6 star basic pool increase after the feature crystal changes? 6 stars are very difficult to come by so some information would help me plan out my progression.
