They should just expand the winners for the DP arena by one for each person that used a ticket they should not have been able to buy that ranked in top 200. So if there were 10 then expand the bracket to 210. Easy solution IMO
Only top 200 should get him as per kabam. But tons of players bought his ticket and did his arena to get great rewards.
Considering the next arena starts today, which will just be allowing more people into the arena who shouldn't be there, because they bought a ticket they shouldn't have had access to, will it be resolved before that time @Kabam Vydious ? Based on the limited number of arenas, and the 200 cutoff for the champion, something needs to be done...
We discussed this with the team and have decided on a plan of action on how to approach the situation. We understand entirely that this was a fault on our end and therefore decided what we had to act accordingly in regards to that. Players who have tickets still in their inventory from purchasing with their units without having purchased the bundle will have them removed and their units returned. If they have already used a ticket and are participating from a ticket they can still earn the points from the arena as they have put forth the time and effort into it. However, if they wish to participate any further they will need to first purchase the 3-Star Deadpool Bundle to enter it once more.
