4* Vision AoU or 5* Civil Warrior?

So I opened my 2nd ever 5* and got Civil Warrior, from what I know, he is quite decent, but I already have Vision AoU at Rank 4, should I work on Civil Warrior as well?

    Don't waste it on CW,

    Vision is only available as a 4* not released as a 5 or 6* yet so in my option is one of the few worth ranking 4*.

    CW is alright, but he's got low damage, only has power drain on sp2 does have a decent heal block. But takes a while to get use to making it last long.

    Vision does everything CW does but better and easier and is a lot easier to use. He's also double immune. All round winner
