AW - Selling Champs to Reduce Rating

So this is probably something that everyone knows. - but wanted to pass along the frustrations I continually see in Alliance Wars.
I'm in an Alliance - 12MM - with average rating at 400K.
So in War - we just fought an alliance with roughly the same numbers. HOWEVER, when you look at the profiles of these guys - it is ridiculous. I browsed through their roster - virtually every single member is rolling with 6* champs, along with Duped 5* R5's. Their number of heroes is very low for their level and heroes. - meaning, they have like 179 - 200 heroes.
What they are doing is selling their heroes - and keeping some purposely at Level 1, Rank 1 - and then having MAX other heroes, to purposely keep their Average Member Rating and overall Alliance Rating very low.
This is garbage. - and in my book, cheating.
I'd appreciate it if Kabamm could at least make War matching look at total players TOP 15 Champs (or something like that). This would remove "sandbaggers" from rigging the system in their favor.
Thanks.

@Primmer79 is right. Matchmaking uses war rating to find a suitable match. Unless there is a huge difference in your war ratings (which is possible if you are running less than 3 BGs or at a very high tier) you really cannot complain, nor call it cheating.
Case in point, we beat MMX a couple weeks ago and they are almost 10 million higher Ally PI than us.
Matchmaking is based on War Rating with a lil bit of prestige added in for flavor.
That’s cute. You get double shards every time you dup a maxed champ though, so selling champs is the rewards equivalent of pressing Rocket’s button. You don’t have to rank them but it’s smarter to keep them. Simple fact.
