Leftover infinity dust

I currently have 5.5 million infinity dust as when I tried to purchase items from store with approximately 8 hrs remaining it would not honor my purchases for some reason. I’ve sent a ticket and basically was told that I just lose out. I’m asking that you do something with leftover dust for players as I didn’t do all these dungeons and such for nothing. I am a longtime player and feel that myself and others should get something for our dust especially when there was a game error. I would hate to have to retire from playing over this type of issue
