Psylock sp1 correction?

After symbiote spider-man got his evade as passive buff, can we expect psylock to gain bar of power after sp1 passively as well, so she could get some use for AW? There is no reason for it being countered by mystic champs and might get her some use. It is not said in description it is an active effect, sounds more like Loki's sig for me
