Failed to log in?

In the past I loved playing this game, but then later on I deleted the app. Since then, I have recently reinstalled the game and an error appeared after a few seconds of the game. The error is: Failed to log in. Can not connect to the network. Please check your connection and try again. The weird part is that I have a perefect network connection, so I don’t know why this error popped up. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the game, shutting off and turning my phone back on and using different networks and cellular data. I don’t know what else to do, and I really want to start playing again. I tried looking for company support but I couldn’t find an email or anything, I was wondering if you guys had any ideas.
