    Yeah the attack increase applies to all champs, they just don't lose health for it. You can check your base stats to see their attack in the champion screen. Should have a +number next to it in green if you're in the menu that Includes crit chance, block prof etc. That shows you how much higher your attack is compared to normal.

    Yes op. They increase attack even champs r immune to those debuff.

    Yes, it's a good one, too. Based on the huge list of problems in the game, I wondered the same. It would only make sense that this broken game just wouldn't give your champs the boost, if they happen to be immune to poisons or bleeds...
