Willpower paired with Suicide Masteries work around question?

Ok so I was talking with my friend about this and I figured there IS a way to get around the damage taken from the suicides but let's get the basics out here first:

Willpower (WP) at 3/3 = Regen 0.7% HP per second per unique debuff type
Recovery at 3/3 = Increase the effectiveness of regeneration by 15%
So this means that WP heals you for 0.7% +15% = 0.8% HP regen per second.

Time for SUICIDES:
Liquid Courage(LC) at 3/3 = 30% attack increase at 0.6% eternal poison damage
Double Edge(DE) at 3/3 = 30% attack increase at 20% HP taken out in 16 seconds. This equates to 1.25% bleed damage per second for 16 seconds.

DEFENSE:
Coagulate at 3/3 = Decrease effectiveness of bleed effects by 30%
Suture at 3/3 = Reduce the duration of bleed damage by 20%

NOW with coagulate and suture, DE’s duration is reduced by 20% and effectiveness by 30% meaning that instead of 1.25% per second, it does 0.875%/second for 16 seconds for a total damage of 14% (1.25%/second – 30%).
AND with Suture, DE’s time is reduced to 12.8 seconds (16 – 20%). So it does 0.875% damage/second for 12.8 seconds for a total damage of 11.2% through DE.

To recap, DE + LC do 1.475% (0.875% + 0.6%) / second for first 12.8 seconds after which it does 0.6% damage per second.
WP and Recovery regen 0.8% per second per unique debuff or 1.6% while DE & LC are active.

The MATH is 1.6% (WP) – 1.475% (DE+LC) for first 12.8 seconds = (+)0.125% regen after which regen is stable at 0.2%

Does this really work out fine? Are these calculations correct? Meaning with these masteries maxed, we get 60% attack boost while taking no damage.

Every kind of poison decrease 30% healing numbers. It doesn’t always stand written ( I have no idea why)
