Parry and Blocking Issue

So when the champs are running towards each other, I normally was able to parry them. But now it just doesn’t happen. Moreover I am not able to block the hits as well. My champ just stands there for 1-2s doing nothing and I get hit. Also I have tried this over aw and eq. Both of the times, I got hit.
Anyone else having this issue??
Edit:- I’m having issues with every parrry. It just doesn’t happen. Any new issues with parry?? Reply is appreciated.
