Lack of Diversity

It seems that Kabam doesn't believe that all classes should be represented in my 4* champs. I have 20 4* champs but NOT ONE Tech class champ. I had a similar experience with Cosmic, then later Mystic. As it is now, I only have one 4* Mystic class champ.
Is anyone else having this problem?

    Once you rank them all to at least 3/30 you should have enough to pretty easily get old basics from arena to fill out your ranks.
