Add Avengers tag to Winter Soldier

As stated above. If he is not supposed to have the tag, can we have an explanation why?

    His character was made as the Winter Soldier, not Bucky Barnes. The Winter Soldier is a Hydra slave. Bucky Barnes is a friend of Captain America, and not even an Avenger, really.

    Even Spider-Boy wasn’t tagged as an Avenger after Infinity War because the champion was made for Homecoming where he was just a friendly neighborhood Spider-Boy, not for Infinity War where he becomes an Avenger.
