Bringing back rank down tickets can help summoners a lot and get some content done. It can help rank up champs for people who are not uncollected to become uncollected for more content to be unlocked for more people. This can work if the are glory daily deals as well so people can’t buy a surplus amount.

    yes they will, probably around xmas, no matter how many people whine about getting them. I never understood why people hate the fact that they hand them out.
