    Scarlet Witch does everything that Hood does, only better. She hits like a freight train and you'll use her A LOT moving forward.

    Sw is one of the only champs that isn't at higher star levels, so she's "semi-exclusive". Plus she's god tier. Got me through act 4/5, and rtl
