Not receiving prizes from Merc missions

Hi I’m not receiving anything for my Merc Missions which leads to not getting the crystal shards I deserve. Also everytime I go to block my character throws strong punch or dashes foward while I’m just placing my left thumb?? While I’m here I landed on the five star golddead pool and then the screen made a jump and slide to the next one! What the f*** is that about I know this has happened to everyone the character crystals are always rigged or made to lose
