18.1 - Fixed an issue where Champions could not Block following an Evade

Is this confirmed as fixed? As far as I can tell I still get tagged when Spiderman Stark enhanced auto evades
- Cable sp1
- Agent Venom sp1
- War Machine sp1

This happens in anything, AQ, AW and event quests. Can't tell in arena because I usually kill off my opponent too quickly.

Well I can now evade the first webshot ov spidermans sp1 and then block the second so something has changed
