Won't let me transfer saved data

So I love this game but I seem to have hit a fault where it won't let me transfer my game from my samsung to my IPhone, I do have a kabam account. It says on my samsung that I have an account, and its connected to my email I use, but when I sign in it just puts me in another account on another email.
