This will be the fourth week that my alliance has been tasked will 265,000 as a summoner advancement minimum and we haven’t been able and it won’t drop so we are losing out on rewards

    I'm fairly certain that's the requirement for most (if not all) alliances, you could try holding crystals and not leveling up champs for one cycle of SA (ie. one week) and then open everything the next week to get as many points as possible. Many alliances use that method.

    It has to do with your alliance size. The bigger your alliance gets the higher the SA cutoff gets, up to 265k
