Typically it can take up to a few weeks to get your in-game rewards. It usually says approximately how long it will take after you have redeemed your points. If you do not receive them in a timely manner, then you will need to reach out to Marvel Insider for further assistance.

Which bundle did you get ?

If it's the iron Man infinity one then you aren't going to get that until the 22nd and the xforce one isn't going to be delivered until the 20th of next month.

Either way it's not a bug if it's one of those, these bundles take time to get delivered and they give you they are going to start sending them out.
