Epsilon: Oldman Logan Buffs

Alrighty, so as we all know Oldman Logan isn’t exactly an exciting pull, especially when he pops out of a 5* crystal. Let’s change that a little.
(Skip if you hate lore)
Alternate Universe Wolverine is tricked by Mysterio to slaughter the X-Men. The villains rule North America. A gang of Hulk hillbillies (who are the children of Hulk and his cousin She-Hulk) threaten Logan if he doesn’t pay, he pays, his family dies, Logan goes Wolverine and kills Hulk. Battlewold happens and Oldman Logan becomes 616 and steps in while our Wolverine is a statue smothered in molten adamantium and it cooled around him now unbreakable (and legally dead).
A comic series full of quality family fun!
Back to the buffs I think there’s something we need to remember, this isn’t our Wolverine. This is a vicious beast that holds back until pushed too far.
1. Using special attacks or landing critical hits has a 25% chance to gain Pacifism. Whether or not this pacifism can trigger Berserk is for debate but I say “no”
2. Persistent Change. Max 1-2(?) When ending a fight while Passive gain a Persistent Change. When ending a fight while Berserk lose a Persistent Change.
3. Each Persistent Change gives Oldman Logan an extra Pacifism when any cause would give him one.
2 changes that won’t drastically change the character but allow him to be far more user friendly allowing better damage more often without making him overpowered.

I know my ideas are rushed but I can somewhat explain them in more deatail and expand.
Firstly I’d like the add the “Weapon X” unique synergy with Wolverine over the pre-existing one. 15% potency in Wolverine’s bleed damage and 15% duration on Fury/Cruelty in Oldman Logan. Not too powerful but a nice touch
Explaining the 1st bullet:
Oldman Logan is not one to pop his claws for no reason and although he’s able to build his rage he has self control until pushed too far. He’s able to remain stoic while building his pacifism until the enemy triggers it unleashing all that pent up animalistic berserker rage truly encapsulating the idea of being a “burst type” champion.
Explaining the 2nd and 3rd part of the buffs:
Persistent Changes start at 0 and max at either 1 or 2
Whenever you knock out the opponent if you have any Fury/Cruelty buffs lose a “Self Control” charge (this will be the term for Persistent Changes like how Sentry has “Reality Warps”) if you have no Fury/Cruelty buffs when knocking out the opponent gain a “Self Control” charge.
Each Self Control charge increases the amount of Pacifism gained at a time. This also means that if he gains 2, the first one can make him go Berserk while the second one can be remain a Pacifism or both can remain Pacifism ir both can make him Berserk.
