Missing masteries

Question @Kabam Miike are the masteries with the ? On them in all 3 categories ever planned for release or are they like bases, there for a once thought of idea but ultimately didnt pan out?

I think kabam is planning for a level 60-70 increase which will warrant new masteries

Hoping so at one point they commented that they dont have any plans to raise the level cap cause all the event maps and all that are based on the current level cap
