Awakened Champions who do not gain anything when their Signature level is increased.

I am sure this has probably been on here before - but as a newer/newish player I wanted a list of Champions who get better if their signature level is increased.
But then I thought it would probably be easier to list the Champions that do not really gain anything when you add levels to their signature abilities.
I will start by adding the ones I know (probably all the ones I have duped LOL):
Luke Cage
Agent Venom
Juggernaut
US Colossus
Colossus
Any Others??
