couple of suggestions for AW season

1. current period for a AW season is about 2 months(8 weeks).
i don't know if it's only me tho, it's very exhausting.
how about 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off for AW next season?
of course the season rewards should be reduced as the period gets shorter.
2. only 4 more matches left fir the season and pilots are getting worse.
seems the main disadvantage of pilot is just some AW ratings and points off.
since the AW matching system, pretty sure it's based on "ratings" first, they match low-ranked ally after the penalty. is it kinda meaningless?
the penalty should be like "cannot match AW for one time" or "ban the account shared" or "one AW tier down"
