Merc Contracts?

Since the first few days, my alliance hasn't had any of the merc mission contracts trigger. What up wid that?

    Are you in a small (anything less than 30) alliance with mostly inactive (anything less than 4 hours a day) players?

    If the answer is yes, that's what up wid that.

    its most likely activity. RNG is still a bad way to start those quests though
