I got banned but I never did anything or had a third party app

I know it sounds like I’m just trying to get my account back but I think it messed up because my account was never in touch with a third party software and I never account shared. Only when I’ve switched phones. But I got an invite to the mystic dexterity beta test and when I tried to go to the server it banned me, yesterday my account was not banned and I would like either my account unbanned or to know why it was banned
