Evade champs still dropping block

I've noticed that my tech spidey will drop his block after evading a multi hit special, even though I haven't released his block I thought this was fixed last patch?

    Bishop and cable sp1 on the top of my head.

    I got hit by an Agent Venom S1 when he evaded the first hit and the bullets got me even though I was blocking
