Can I have multiple tags

As titled asks... Can I have multiple tags? Meaning if I have X number of emails personally be it for work, home or school etc use. I assume if I create X number of tags that I run regardless how often or how strong/weak they are so long as is me running them shouldn't I be able to run those same X number of tags in alliance wars?
