Alliance war placement error

in Bugs and Known Issues
I click on "JOIN"...I select my champions...then I press "BEGIN" and it shows me the loading screen but,after a few seconds,it says "An unknown error has occured. Please try again" and I am back on the home screen...

The problem is constant...I have never played in a war before...so I cant possibly know how to deal with this without help...

So.....HELP!

    are you trying to place champs that are currently active in a quest elsewhere?

    Maat is correct, that error usually comes when you are using champs that are already active in quests / alliance quest included. Either finish quest or pick other champs.
