War match searching and defense placing

Kabam should change it this way:

1. Alliance places its best def
2. Alliance gets window from last war end to next start and starts search after placing def
3. Kabam matches alliances with similar defense strength
4. If alliance doesnt search in time so they dont use 1 war in season and wait until next search time window


Now what are you going to tell me about that

No def manipulation possible
No planed matchimg possible or at least very rare chance cause all search simultaneously

How about I have only 5 and 6* heroes and I place 1 and 2 * heroes in defense?
Will you give me an enemy with a 1+2 * heroes defense so I can wreck him in attack phase?
