Should I use a generic 4* awakening gem on 4* Doctor Voodoo?

He is definitely one of the TOP mystic champ, along side Ghost Rider (but GR doesn't hit hard enough compared to many other champs), Magik, SW, etc ...... DV needs to be awakened and achieved respectable sig level in order to be awesome. He is worth your generic gem, if you other god tier champs such as SW and Blade have been awakened.

Personally I have a 4* DV undupped at R4 and a 4* Blade undupped. I'm using my generic awakeneing gem on Blade instead. (I do have a 5* blade at R4/55 but undupped, and I would like to have 2 blades at my disposal). But this is just my chioce to priortize blade bcos I feel I have put him to better use).
