What will happen to Unused dungeons revives and health portions?

I have quiet a few dungeons revives and health portions left over in my inventory. Will they turn into gold or they will be removed or we should save them for future dungeons to come around?

    I sold mine for gold. I would think you could use them the next time dungeons come around, but who knows? I sold them to get them out of my inventory.
