Missing crystals

I opened 5 corndog crystals. 1st and 2nd crystal duped a 3* maxed champ and got si crystal. 3rd crystal was not maxed 3* dupe and 4th was the new 3* deadpool but then noticed only had 1 sig crystal. Restarted the game and still 1 sig crystal. I would like my missing sig crystal please.
