Missing healing factor ticket

in Bugs and Known Issues
The problem is the healing factor ticket is missing , when I checked the store I saw the dp ticket but I need 30 units to make 300 I play a quest then I got done playing the quest it was gone , please I love playing this game , can fix it please I want to get the healing factor ticket it's limited time only

    You should still be able to buy (I see it). Did you check the right tab in the store? It is on the "Misc" tab all the way on right (may need to slide over to see this tab).

    I believe it is also on the "Featured" tab on the way on left
