Hello Kabam. I’m here to complain about this 5 star hero crystal of yours. My account is a free to play account which means I only get maybe one 5 star crystal per month. I put a lot of work into this crystal and to see that as it was about to stop it rolled over Karnak THREE times in a row until I got him. Karnak is a garbage champion and to see this champion thrown in my face is disgusting. You need to make changes where the same champions doesn’t pop up twice in a row. Plus it was close to a magik. I would really appreciate if you could remove this Karnak from my account please ASAP. My account name is Hartman7 it’s the picture of the gwenpool.

    Also, the spinning visual of the champs has no bearing on the champ that you receive. As soon as you see the "flash" and the crystal slows down, you're champ is decided.

    @Hartman7, not to mock you, Karnak's True Strike @ sp1 is actually pretty useful especilly if you struggle to fight against Spidery OG, MODOK, Medusa, etc. Basically just spam your sp1, and during your True Strike activation, proceed with the good also 5-hit combo, and see their evade or auto-block fail ... also the Inhuman synergy will be very helpful to Medusa if you have her in your roster.
