To kabam support for the moment.
I'm not really wishing to submit it to Apple YET as I'm pretty convinced that Apple will grant my request but scared of being banned.
Things like this are one of the reasons much of the player community mistrusts the game team.
First, attention to detail is so often lacking, from simple mistakes and omissions (e.g., misspellings, clarity in champion descriptions, availability of basic game data) to more significant errors (e.g., the way champions’ abilities interact, the way nodes and abilities interact). There’s just cause for players feeling like they are often the beta testers for the game.
Second, when the community brings clear wrongs to the attention of the game team, the game team usually offers vague blandishments and promises to “take it to the team” instead of providing real empathy or accountability. Then comes silence and wagon-circling, followed by the inevitable fury of the community.
It doesn’t have to be this way. Investing in fundamental oversight on the front end (better QA, proofreading, testing, etc.) would be optimal—but, in the absence of that, it would likely be sufficient to offer a responsive experience on the back end that remedies errors quickly, updates often and interacts with the community regularly. Instead, it seems like we get neither the front end oversight nor the back end customer service—resulting in the dysfunction on daily display in the forums.
Most of us are heavily invested in MCoC, via time, money and other precious resources. It really isn’t too much to ask that the game team be just as heavily invested in the gaming experience as well.
in my moment of stupity I purchased 2, I wish I saw this thread first.. I haven't opened them yet tho
And you’re unhappy about the offer? Then don’t open them and at least you have an argument for getting your money back. Of course, you’ll have to forego the opportunity for blade and the rest.
They have already made their stance. They will not be issuing any refunds or try to resolve this matter at all. Don’t hold your breath for any resolution to benefit us.

Not really willing to just give up. But am def waiting to hear a final word. Usually, when they go silent without deleting/shutting down threads... It's because they're working out a plan. This is asinine tbh. Those will be the last dollars they ever get from me no matter the offer.
This thread, however, has gone completely non-constructive, and will be closed down. Please remember, when asking questions or making comments in the forums that you must follow the Forum rules.

We don't have anything more to add to this topic at this time.
