Why Did Thor Shrink?

Due to the new size matters node in the Evangeline Lilly special event, I noticed that the original Thor is a large size champion and Thor (Ragnorok) is only a medium sized champ. He is even smaller than his female counterpart. He is the only champion for which their size varies from one version to the next. Is their an explanation as to why he shrunk in size?

    They are different character's in this game. They just aren't the same.
    Anyway, I saw a mod commenting that they would have the same size in a future update.

    He is crouching I guess. It makes him a much smaller target.
