AW bracket bug?

Hello everyone,just wanted to ask how is it possible that we are fighting with ally from silver 1 bracket,we are currently in gold 2,so 2 brackets is difference?
Only normal reason is that they were cheating so Kabam tooked points from them in meanwhile..2o15j17mbgug.png

    They have higher rating. Bracket doesn't matter

    Yeap but still cant understand that they are 2 brackets down,and have almost same warr rating...something stinks
