AW bracket bug?

Hello everyone,just wanted to ask how is it possible that we are fighting with ally from silver 1 bracket,we are currently in gold 2,so 2 brackets is difference?
Only normal reason is that they were cheating so Kabam tooked points from them in meanwhile..

Yeap but still cant understand that they are 2 brackets down,and have almost same warr rating...something stinks
